We met Ezra a little under 2 years ago at the early stages of our cannabis industry journey and there is no doubt in our minds that his work on the project got us farther along and faster than we could have by ourselves; and on top of making our project's pace as efficient as possible we made a very good friend.

Ezra has a unique understanding of the industry, town guidelines/regulations, the regulations/guidance set forth by the CCC and the merge point of all of them. Many times, during our project, Ezra clarified regulations that without clarification would have cost us thousands to tens of thousands more had he not been on the team. Whether it be his work on HCA's, special permits, applications, provisional, architecture review etc. Ezra has a constant handle on what needs to be done and he gets it done. During our process we had 2 or 3 RFI's (request for information) and within an hour of having received the RFI Ezra had handled the RFI, one time I believe it was even while he was on vacation.

His knowledge and work doesn't stop there as he has an extensive list of contacts that work in the industry such as real estate agents, architects, engineers, contractors, IT specialists, attorneys etc. and he doesn't just refer anybody out there. These are all people who enjoy the industry for what it is and not just looking at us as a way to make a lot of money because they assume we are all rich and will be richer once open. Ezra is a true industry advocate and as anyone in the industry (whether in it for 20 years or 20 days) knows many of the regulations are serious overkill, however Ezra continually looks for new ways to keep us compliant but at fair costs. For example, while dealing with our security system and staring down the barrel of a $15,000.00 bill for a small part of that system Ezra came across a product that reduced the cost by $12,000.00, kept us compliant, was more secure, safer in emergencies, more efficient and better at logging information.

If you're thinking about working with Ezra stop thinking about it and call him! It's not that you're not smart enough or dedicated enough, it's about knowledge and efficiency, I can guarantee whatever you spend working with Ezra will be far less than going it solo.  There are items in the regulations that without his understanding will cost you tens of thousands more than necessary and the delays could easily cost thousands. At this point we easily have saved over $100,000.00 by having Ezra on our side; and once our project is built out and completed, I will be providing Ezra with a detailed list of those savings for his use. Remember the KNOWLEDGE and EFFICIENCY Ezra has is the difference and what will save you tens of thousands and it will all be done right! As far as hard proof of what we are saying, when it's all said and done, we will open a vertical operation in a 2900 square foot space for under 350K and we all know the stories of all the million-dollar shops.

Ezra's work doesn't just start and stop with paperwork and contacts; whether on vacation or in the office he is invested in all of his client's projects and constantly has offered us ideas, suggestions and help on everything from design, marketing, construction etc., he is a true Consultant of the Industry.
